- Supporting the school policies as outlined in the school handbook and regulations. In addition, parents are to ensure their son/daughter has read the handbook;
- Participating fully in school programs that are developed to support the education of their children.
- Remaining informed about and involved in the religious instruction of their children.

Parent Organizations
Home and School Association
The Home and School Association is sponsored by the school to bring parents and teachers together to study and explore Catholic education for their children, and to provide financial support to the school. It is guided by the established school policies and practices set forth by the pastor and the school principal.
Membership shall consist of all fathers, mothers, and guardians of the pupils of Saint Paul School, as well as all members of the faculty. Members shall be eligible to vote on Home and School matters or serve in any of the Association’s elected or appointed office.

Home and school also supports the school by providing assistance in holiday celebrations, Catholic Schools Week activities, Minicourses, Science Days, and the End-of-the-Year Picnic.
Consultative Council
St. Paul School Consultative Council is a group of persons including the pastor, principal, and parents who, as representatives of the parish community, accept the responsibility to generate and direct activities associated with the school. These activities include, but are not limited to the religious atmosphere of the school, planning/policy formulation, finance, curriculum, and public relations.
The Saint Paul School Foundation
Established in 1990 by a single bequest, the Saint Paul School Foundation has become an integral part of the future of the school and the parish. Guided by its mission statement, the Foundation exists to implement long-term financial growth, as well as providing assistance to current school expenditures.
The Foundation receives its financial backing from contributions, bequests, and memorial gifts made by Saint Paul parish family members and friends.
Presently, the Saint Paul School Foundation supports the school by providing teacher and student scholarships, field trip transportation assistance, updating computers and technology items and monetary assistance for the repair and renovation of the school building.
Services:
Extended Care: The Extended Day Program is available before and after school each day beginning with the first day of school.
Tuition Incentive Program (TIP): The TIP program is a program designed to help families defray the cost of tuition. Retailers offer gift cards to St. Paul School at discounted prices. The school can then sell the cards at face value to earn revenue. By purchasing and using the gift cards instead of cash, one receives the same merchandise or services from the retailers at no additional cost to you. The discounted savings is then applied to tuition as a credit.
Fast Automatic Cash Transfer System (FACTS): FACTS is the tuition management service most widely used by private and faith-based schools nationwide. Your tuition is paid through direct withdraw from your checking account.
Volunteers: All families pledge 20 hours of volunteer service as part of their tuition contract. Volunteers are needed for BINGO and the Bingo kitchen on Tuesday nights, before school, morning recess, lunch, and lunch recess supervision, and various other jobs.
